Michael Hool Featured in PHX Business Journal
Michael Hool was intrigued by law while growing up in Erie, Pennsylvania, but he initially wanted to be a creative writer. The seed to pursue a law degree was planted in high school when he participated in a moot court.
While attending Arizona State University and working toward a finance degree, Hool began learning many valuable skills such as leadership, persuasion and governance as president of his fraternity, Lambda Chi Alpha.
So during his sophomore year of college, Hool decided to become a lawyer — but he knew he wanted to work on the business side. He was always fascinated by entrepreneurs, their stories and their innovations.
“You either have the (entrepreneur) gene or you don’t,” said Hool, who lives in Gilbert’s Agritopia community. “I have the gene, and I can totally get them. I like people who look at things and say: I can do it better.”
