Michael Hool’s practice is focused primarily on corporate and commercial representation, securities, finance and venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance maters, and all aspects of counseling emerging growth companies primarily in Arizona, California, and the Rocky Mountain Region. A large portion of Michael practice is focused on representing established and emerging entities whose principal asset is intellectual property. Michael also has broad merger and acquisition experience, ranging from large hundred million dollar transactions such as the acquisition and financing of an NHL hockey franchise, roll-up acquisitions into public entities in the recycling, electrical contracting, web hosting and temporary staffing industries, the sale of health care systems, to acquisition and sale of a variety of closely-held enterprises.

Jonathan Coury’s practice is concentrated in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, real estate, commercial transactions, corporate law, venture capital, securities, franchising/distributorship, and aircraft finance. Jonathan currently represents clients on the acquisition, disposition, sale, leasing, and financing of real property, including commercial properties, multifamily buildings, and other interests in real estate. Jonathan also represents clients in connection with the sale, acquisition, merger, divestiture, and spin-off of closely held and emerging growth companies. Jonathan has previously represented large publicly held companies, international banks, and regional airlines.

Connor Hubach has significant experience in the areas of corporate law, securities, intellectual property, FDA regulations, mergers and acquisitions, and commercial transactions. Connor graduated from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University with a Juris Doctor and specialization in Genomics and Biotechnology Law.

Jaylene Meeker is a paralegal with a focus in the areas of corporate law, finance, venture capital, mergers & acquisition, equipment finance, and securities. She also has experience in real estate law and the landlord-tenant industry in Arizona.
Jaylene was a legal assistant for five years before focusing on her paralegal position. She graduated from Rio Salado College in December 2019 and holds an Associates Degree in Paralegal Studies and a Paralegal Certification.
Rachel Anklam is a paralegal with a focus in the areas of corporate law, finance, equipment finance, and federal law compliance. Rachel also has experience in administrative law and constitutional law.
Rachel worked as a Legal Analyst for the Solicitor General’s Division of the Arizona Attorney General’s Office prior to her work at Hool Coury Law. She graduated from Arizona Christian University summa cum laude in May 2021 and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science, Biblical Studies, and Economic Liberty and Politics.
