acquisitions. He also assists entrepreneurs in equity issuance and general corporate matters.

After graduating as an attorney in Venezuela, he litigated civil and employment cases on behalf
of employers for a year. Subsequently, he pursued his Master of Laws (LL.M.) at the University of Pennsylvania focusing on corporate, commercial, and employment law. Thereafter, as an associate attorney for Norton Rose Fulbright in Caracas, Adolfo assisted oil and gas companies drafting agreements such as joint operating agreements, licensing agreements, and shareholder agreements to name a few. He assisted in acquisition deals, as well as dissolutions. As part of the corporate practice, he assisted international energy companies bidding at the first round of exploration and extraction fields auctions in Mexico, among other matters.

Subsequently, Adolfo obtained his Juris Doctor at the University of Arizona College of Law
focusing on corporate law, mergers and acquisition, corporate compliance, securities
regulation, and international trade law. He was the articles editor for the Arizona Law Journal
for Emerging Technologies and conducted an exchange program in Mexico City’s Universidad
Panamericana focusing on international investment law, and financial derivatives regulation.
During his time in México City, he also worked as a visiting associate at the capital’s office of
Hogan Lovells in the corporate department.

Fully bilingual in English and Spanish, Adolfo is licensed in New York, Venezuela. He holds an
equivalent recognition in México and is currently processing his Arizona bar license.
