Connor’s practice focuses on corporate transactions and providing outside general counsel services to a diverse array of entrepreneurs, technology-driven growth companies, and traditional business. He regularly assists clients with negotiating and drafting agreements, entity formation and structure, raising capital, mergers and acquisitions, employee and independent contractor agreements, licensing and technology transfers, and various regulatory and compliance matters. Connor has represented clients across a wide variety of industries, including software and information technology, cloud computing, biotechnology, financial services, construction services, real estate development, medical devices, education technology, and marketing and public relations. Connor serves on the Executive Council of the Business Law Section of the State Bar of Arizona, volunteers with numerous organizations in Arizona’s entrepreneurial ecosystem, and regularly provides guidance to student-led ventures at universities across Arizona. As an adjunct professor of law at Arizona State University’s Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law, Connor has taught courses related to business law and intellectual property. Connor graduated from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law in 2013 with a Juris Doctor and specialization in Genomics and Biotechnology Law.
